President and CEO

Lindsay Kendra

Lindsay is the President and CEO, has over 20 years of business experience and 19 of them have been with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc. As President/CEO, Lindsay oversees all business operations, strategic planning, and client relationships. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance.  When not at work, Lindsay is passionate about spending quality time with family and camping throughout Pennsylvania. Lindsay is a Punxsutawney native and resides in the area.

Larry Liscinsky

Project Manager

Larry Liscinsky

Larry is the Project Manager, has over 30 years of professional experience, and 10 of them have been with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc. As the Project Manager, Larry is responsible for overseeing project completion, customer service, and relationship development. When not at work, Larry enjoys hunting, fishing, and being on the farm with family. Larry is a Punxsutawney native and resides in the area.

Suzanne Smith

Office Manager

Suzanne Smith

Suzanne is the Office Manager, has 36 years of professional experience, and four of them have been with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc.  As the Office Manager, Suzanne is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, accounts receivable, invoicing and HR.  Suzanne is a graduate of Dubois Business College with an AB in Business.  Outside of the office, Suzanne can be found on the golf course or spending quality time with family.  Suzanne lives in Punxsutawney with her husband of 40 years.

Mandi Perry

Floor Manager

Mandi Perry

Mandi is the Floor Manager, has over 20 years of professional experience, and five of them have been with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc. As the Floor Manager, Mandi is responsible for overseeing inventory audits, timely window/door production and shipment, and quality assurance. Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Mandi is a Punxsutawney native and resides in the area.

Nichole Rugh

Accounts Payable Specialist

Nichole Rugh

Nichole is the Accounts Payable Specialist, has 20 years of professional experience, and one and a half of those years has been at Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc.  As the Accounts Payable Specialist, Nichole specializes in processing payments, purchase order amendments, and reconciling account transactions. Nichole is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Kinesiology. Outside of the office, you’ll find Nichole spending time with her husband and two children. Nichole is a Punxsutawney native and resides in the area.

Director of Marketing

April Papst

April is the Director of Marketing, has over 20 years of business experience and has spent the last two months with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc.  As the Director of Marketing, April is responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation. She is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a BA in English Literature and an M.Ed. in Instruction and Learning Education.  Outside of work, April can be found at the beach with her husband and two little girls.  April is a Punxsutawney native, but currently lives in Cockeysville, MD.

Bryan Park

Plant Manager

Bryan Park

Bryan is the Plant Manager, has 29 years of professional experience and two of them have been with Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc. As the Plant Manager, Bryan specializes in new and existing product development, research of window manufacturing machinery/tooling, customer support, and daily plant operations. Bryan graduated from Westmorland Vocational Technical School as a certified Journeyman Tool and Die Maker and has a National Tool Maker Association certificate. When not at work, Bryan can be found participating in shooting sports, hunting, riding Atvs or camping with his wife, son, close family, and friends.

Jessica Nogacek

Administrative Assistant

Jessica Nogacek

Jess is the office Administrative Assistant, has 17 years of professional experience, and 1 ½ of those years has been at Thermal-Gard Building Products, Inc.   As the Administrative Assistant, Jess specializes in organization and is responsible for maintaining order (answering client calls, entering orders, filling, etc.).  Outside the office, you'll find Jess spending time with family and friends. Jess is a Punxsutawney native and resides in the area.

Flash

As the Welcoming Committee President, Flash oversees the greeting of visitors with enthusiasm and lots of tail wagging. His pure joy and excitement for others makes him a valued member of the team. When not at the office, Flash can be found chasing animals, napping, and playing with family.
